Ajayi Crowther University ACU in Oyo has received full accreditation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) for its Nursing program and eight other courses across five faculties. 

The Accredited Programs Include:👇🏾

👉 Nursing: A crucial program that requires rigorous standards, now fully accredited.

👉 Environmental Health Science: Focuses on promoting environmental health practices.

👉 Christian Religious Studies: Explores the principles and practices of Christianity.

👉 History and International Studies: Covers historical events and international relations.

👉 Music: Develops musical skills and knowledge.

👉 Performing Arts: Enhances performance skills in various art forms.

👉 Law: A fundamental program for aspiring legal professionals.

👉 Mathematics: A core subject essential for various fields.

👉 Statistics: Focuses on data analysis and interpretation.

Additionally, ACU's Master of Business Administration (MBA) program has also been accredited. The NUC's decision follows a visit to the university in October and November 2024, where the commission assessed the programs based on Section 10 (1) of the Education (National Minimum Standard and Establishment of institutions) Act CAP E3, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.

ACU's Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Timothy Adebayo, expressed gratitude to the NUC for its transparent accreditation process. He attributed the success to the university's commitment to academic excellence and infrastructure development over the years. The accreditation will strengthen ACU's position as a leading institution in delivering world-class education and research.
