Elizade University has announced its Post-UTME/DE registration and eligibility criteria for the 2025/2026 academic session. The university is inviting applications from qualified candidates for admission into its various degree programs.

Available Faculties and Programs:

- Faculty of Basic & Applied Sciences: Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Environmental Management and Technology, Applied Geophysics, Computer Science, Physics with Electronics, Cybersecurity, Nursing Science, and Medical Laboratory Science.
- Faculty of Engineering: Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
- Faculty of Humanities, Social & Management Sciences: Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics, Mass Communication, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Sociology, Political Science, International Relations, English Language, and Performing and Film Arts.
- Faculty of Law: Law
- Faculty of Environmental Sciences: Architecture, Quantity Surveying, and Estate Management

Admission Requirements:

- For UTME candidates: Credit-level passes in five relevant subjects at SSCE/GCE/O'Level/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalents at not more than 2 sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.
- For Direct Entry candidates:
    - 5 relevant credit passes at WASC (SSCE), NECO (SSCE), NABTEB or equivalent in relevant subjects, two of which must be at 'A' Level.
    - OND with Upper Credit or NCE at credit level from any institution recognized by the University.
    - Diploma from other recognized Universities.

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, the arrests were made following allegations of disruption of public peace and unlawful assembly during protests related to the strike. The Commissioner of Police stated that the command is committed to maintaining law and order and will ensure that all parties operate within the confines of the law.
