The Joint Admission Matriculation Board(JAMB) has given an update on the deadline extension of the 2025 UTME Direct Entry (DE) Registration . The new closing date is 1st of June,2025.

All candidates are advised to complete their registration before the due date so as to be part of the examination.

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, the arrests were made following allegations of disruption of public peace and unlawful assembly during protests related to the strike. The Commissioner of Police stated that the command is committed to maintaining law and order and will ensure that all parties operate within the confines of the law.
