The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) rescheduled results. The results were made available after a technical issue affected 379,997 candidates in 157 centers across Lagos and Owerri zones. The affected candidates were required to retake their exams starting May 16, 2025, due to disruptions that led to the loss of candidate responses during the initial exam.

To check their results, candidates can send "UTMERESULT" to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number used for registration. The release of these results is crucial for candidates seeking tertiary education in Nigeria.

- Exam Reschedule: The UTME was rescheduled due to technical issues affecting 379,997 candidates.

- Affected Centers: 65 centers in Lagos and 92 centers in Owerri were impacted.

- Result Release: The rescheduled exam results were released on May 20, 2025.

- Checking Results: Candidates can check their results by sending "UTMERESULT" to 55019 or 66019.

The JAMB Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, had publicly apologized for the errors and accepted responsibility for the issues that led to the reschedule.
