The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has launched a specialized support portal to address concerns and complaints from candidates who sat for the recently concluded Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

In an important update to parents and guardians, it was disclosed that candidates who encountered issues particularly those who felt their scores did not reflect their preparation are encouraged to submit their complaints promptly through the official JAMB support channel.

JAMB has emphasized that its technical team is actively reviewing such reports. However, affected candidates are urged to act quickly, as the window for lodging complaints closes today, Monday.
