The University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, invites applications from qualified candidates for admission into its School of Health Information Management for the 2025/2026 academic session. The programs offered include:

National Diploma (ND) – a 2-year non-residential program

Higher National Diploma (HND) – a 2-year advanced program in Health Information Management


Eligibility Criteria

For ND Admission: Applicants must:

Score 150 or above in the 2025 UTME

Have five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry obtained in no more than two sittings from the same examination body (WAEC/NECO/GCE/SSCE)


For HND Admission: Candidates must provide original copies of:

O’Level certificate

ND/Professional Diploma in Health Information Management

Practicing license

Evidence of completed Industrial Training (IT)

JAMB admission letter for ND


Entrance Examination

ND Applicants will take a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in:

English Language

Mathematics

Biology

Physics

Chemistry


HND Applicants will be tested in:

Health Records Management

Anatomy & Physiology

Clinical Coding

Biostatistics

Computer Science

Health Planning & Management

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, the arrests were made following allegations of disruption of public peace and unlawful assembly during protests related to the strike. The Commissioner of Police stated that the command is committed to maintaining law and order and will ensure that all parties operate within the confines of the law.
