JUST INđŸ”„đŸ”„NEWGATE UNIVERSITY MINNA SECURES FULL NUC ACCCREDITATION FOR 10 UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS.

Newgate University Minna has achieved full accreditation for 10 undergraduate programs from the National Universities commission (NUC),which marks a significant milestone in it's academic sector.

The NUC accreditation team carried out clear review of the programs,inspecting the curriculum standards,staff quality,infrastructure ,student support and governance . The programs achieved an average score of 86.9% and are now fully accredited through 2029.And the accredited programs includes:Software Engineering,information technology,cyber security ,microbiology ,biotechnology,public health,biochemistry,medical laboratory science and nursing science. These reflects the university's commitment to meeting NUC's academic quality and standards.

Newgate university Minna has also introduced two new degree programs,namely:Doctor of Physiotherapy(DPT)and Bachelor of laws(LL.B) which are to be part of it's strategic expansion to meet professional demand in health sciences and legal education.

The university has received professional endorsements from many notable bodies which includes Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria,the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Registration Board of Nigeria and the council for Legal Education to demonstrate it's adherence to national policy and regulatory standards .

Dr.Usman-Yamman H,the director of Academic Planning showed her satisfaction with the accreditation outcome saying that it reaffirms the university's vision and commitment to quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
