The Federal University Oye Ekiti (FUOYE) has commended three of its scholars for securing cutting-edge research facilities worth millions of naira. The trio, Prof. Joshua Ogunwole, Prof. Olayide Lawal, and Prof. Olufunke Akintayo, have brought recognition to the institution through their research prowess.

Prof. Ogunwole has secured a state-of-the-art Connected Autonomous Space Environment Sensor GPS receiver valued at $15,000, courtesy of the Virginia Tech College of Engineering, USA. This equipment will significantly enhance FUOYE's research capacity in space science.

Meanwhile, Profs Lawal and Akintayo have secured a Seeding Labs equipment consignment worth $250,000, comprising 163 laboratory equipment and supplies. This prestigious Instrumental Access Award recognizes FUOYE's rising profile on the global academic and research stage.
