The College of Nursing Sciences, St. Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital, Onitsha, Anambra State, has announced the commencement of its 2025 admission process for qualified candidates seeking entry into the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing programs.
According to the management, the deadline for application is 31st August 2025.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. To be eligible, applicants must have a minimum of five (5) credits in
✨English Language
✨Mathematics
✨Biology
✨Physics
✨Chemistry obtained in WASSCE/NECO or NABTEB 

2. Should score 160 or above in 2025 UTME

3. Must be at least 17 years old and above.

Furthermore, candidates must have selected the institution as their first choice during JAMB registration or are required to apply for a change of institution through JAMB.

NB: All prospective candidates who registered with the College for the 2025 Post UTME / Screening, should come to the college for the Screening / Post UTME proper on the 6th of September, 2025. Time: 8am Prompt with the following requirements (original copies):
1. O’level results
2. Jamb Result Slip
3. Secondary School Testimonial
4. Birth Certificate / Baptismal card
5. Local Government Identification
6. Marriage Certificate (if married)
7. Photo card printed out after online registration

                        1 minutes read ⏱️ 9:45pm The Imo State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of several officials of the Academic Staff Union of Universities [ASUU], Imo State University [IMSU] Chapter, in connection with the ongoing strike action by the union. According to the Police Public Relations Officer, the arrests were made following allegations of disruption of public peace and unlawful assembly during protests related to the strike. The Commissioner of Police stated that the command is committed to maintaining law and order and will ensure that all parties operate within the confines of the law.
