The Bayelsa State College of Nursing Sciences (BYSCONS) has released the Post UTME admission form for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Eligibility Criteria:🎓

✓ Minimum JAMB Score: 140

✓ Age: 16 years or older

✓ WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Result: Minimum of 5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (not more than two sittings)

Application Process: ✍️

1. Payment: Make a non-refundable payment of #25,000.00 to the designated bank account.

2. Receipt Collection: Obtain a receipt with a unique number from the Bursary Department.

3. Online Application: Submit the application form online using the unique receipt number.

4. Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB and JAMB results.

✓ Application Period: July 14, 2025, to September 12, 2025

✓ Post UTME Examination: September 20, 2025

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, the arrests were made following allegations of disruption of public peace and unlawful assembly during protests related to the strike. The Commissioner of Police stated that the command is committed to maintaining law and order and will ensure that all parties operate within the confines of the law.
