The National Examinations Council (NECO) has confirmed that its scheduled examination exercise will proceed without disruption, despite the recent declaration of a public holiday.

In a notice dated July 14, 2025, the Annual Posting Calendar Implementation Committee (APCIC), under the Office of the Registrar, issued a directive to all officers posted for the exercise. The notice, signed by Ahmed Rabiu Bagwai, emphasized the need for officers to ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place for a smooth conduct of the examination.


“This is to inform you that the examination will proceed as scheduled, unaffected by the public holiday declaration. Please ensure all necessary arrangements are in place,” the statement read.
