Osun State University (UNIOSUN) is set to hold its prestigious 15th Convocation Ceremonies on Monday, 22nd September 2025 and Tuesday, 23rd September 2025, honoring outstanding graduands from various colleges.

Convocation Schedule
Monday, 22nd September 2025

👉🏼9:00 a.m.: Graduands from College of Humanities and Culture and College of Education report to Olagunsoye Oyinlola Auditorium.

👉🏼Parents and guests proceed to 1000-Seater Auditorium and Twin Lecture Theatre.

👉🏼12:00 noon: Graduands from College of Management and Social Sciences and College of Law report to Olagunsoye Oyinlola Auditorium.

Tuesday, 23rd September 2025

👉🏼9:00 a.m.: Graduands from College of Agriculture and College of Health Sciences report to Olagunsoye Oyinlola Auditorium.

👉🏼12:00 noon: Graduands from College of Science, Engineering and Technology report to Olagunsoye Oyinlola Auditorium.

Important Notices 👇🏻

👉🏼Attire: Only graduands in academic gowns allowed in Olagunsoye Oyinlola Auditorium.

👉🏼Seating for Guests: Parents/families/well-wishers use 1000-Seater Auditorium and Twin Lecture Theatre.

👉🏼Convocation Lecture Rescheduled: Now on Wednesday, 24th September 2025 at 10:00 a.m

                        1 minutes read ⏱️ 9:45pm The Imo State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of several officials of the Academic Staff Union of Universities [ASUU], Imo State University [IMSU] Chapter, in connection with the ongoing strike action by the union. According to the Police Public Relations Officer, the arrests were made following allegations of disruption of public peace and unlawful assembly during protests related to the strike. The Commissioner of Police stated that the command is committed to maintaining law and order and will ensure that all parties operate within the confines of the law. ASUU-IMSU had embarked on strike to press home demands including payment of arrears, improved funding, and implementation of agreements with the state government.
