The National Education Loan Fund (NELFund) has activated the portal for 2025/2026 loan registration.

The NELFund portal is now open for the 2025/2026 academic session. Recall that the Honorable Updates team had earlier confirmed that the portal was closed for the 2024/2025 session and would reopen today, Monday, September 29, 2025, for the 2025/2026 session.

The Hõlå INFO ℹ️ team has also confirmed that the portal reopened today, Monday, September 29, 2025, and will close on October 30, 2025. After this date, registration will no longer be allowed. We encourage all interested students to take note and complete their registration before the final closure. Students are also urged to upload all required documents correctly.

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, the arrests were made following allegations of disruption of public peace and unlawful assembly during protests related to the strike. The Commissioner of Police stated that the command is committed to maintaining law and order and will ensure that all parties operate within the confines of the law.
