Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) has commenced the release of admissions for the 2025/2026 academic session via the school's portal.

Students who have successfully accepted their admission on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) are advised to proceed to the school portal to continue their admission process.

To check your admission status:👇🏻

- Visit Portal.(https://yabatech.edu.ng)

- Select "Check Admission Status"

- Enter your JAMB registration number

- Click on "Check Admission Status"

The College encourages all candidates to check their admission status and proceed with the necessary requirements for admission.

                        1 minutes read ⏱️ 9:45pm The Imo State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of several officials of the Academic Staff Union of Universities [ASUU], Imo State University [IMSU] Chapter, in connection with the ongoing strike action by the union. According to the Police Public Relations Officer, the arrests were made following allegations of disruption of public peace and unlawful assembly during protests related to the strike. The Commissioner of Police stated that the command is committed to maintaining law and order and will ensure that all parties operate within the confines of the law. ASUU-IMSU had embarked on strike to press home demands including payment of arrears, improved funding, and implementation of agreements with the state government.
