☦️ BOOM🔥🔥NYSC SCHEDULES MAY 21, 2026 FOR 2025 BATCH A STREAM II PASSING OUT CEREMONY.

The Management of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) wishes to inform the general public that Wednesday, May 21, 2026, has been fixed as the official passing-out date for 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream II corps members nationwide.  

In line with the Scheme’s directive, the Passing-Out Parade (POP) will be observed in a *low-key manner* across all NYSC State Secretariats and the Federal Capital Territory.  

All affected corps members are required to report to their respective Local Government Areas for final clearance and collection of their Certificates of National Service (CNS). Corps members must ensure they complete all necessary clearance with their Places of Primary Assignment and Local Government Inspectors before the scheduled date.  

The NYSC Management commends the 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream II corps members for their patriotism, dedication, and contributions to national development during their one-year mandatory service. Outgoing corps members are enjoined to remain worthy ambassadors of the Scheme.

                        1 minutes read ⏱️ 9:45pm The Imo State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of several officials of the Academic Staff Union of Universities [ASUU], Imo State University [IMSU] Chapter, in connection with the ongoing strike action by the union. According to the Police Public Relations Officer, the arrests were made following allegations of disruption of public peace and unlawful assembly during protests related to the strike. The Commissioner of Police stated that the command is committed to maintaining law and order and will ensure that all parties operate within the confines of the law.
